We are an independent professional trade mark services company. Unlike some of our competitors, we are not owned by or in any way affiliated with any patent attorney or law firms. We do however work closely with Australian and international law and patent attorney firms for the overall benefit of our clients. We will only however utilise the services of such firms that operate on a reasonable fee basis.

We conduct new trade mark availability/ clearance searches and process both Australian and International Applications (Madrid Protocol) at prices that our competitors are unlikely to be in a position to match due to their operational costs. Our published standard charges should only ever be considered as a guideline rather than a rigid scale. Wherever possible, we will be client responsive and modify both our charges and services.
